1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PC Fixers & Builders' website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

PC Fixers & Builders provides computer repair, maintenance, and custom build services. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your computer systems
• Back up all data before we begin any work
• Accept that we cannot guarantee data recovery
• Pay for services rendered according to our pricing

3. Warranties

We provide a 90-day warranty on repairs and a 1-year warranty on custom builds. This covers defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage from misuse, software issues, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. For custom builds, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

5. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for data loss or consequential damages.
